Before you ask me why Totem? I will preempt you and answer the question. Because a Totem "is a being, object or symbol representing an animal or plant that serves as an emblem of a group of people such as a family, clan, group, lineage or tribe, reminding them of their ancestry."
The word Totem comes from the Ojibway word dodaem and means brother.sister or next of kin. People having the same totem are considered immediate family. We believe that all our customers are our immediate family, bound together at not only the physical but spiritual level.
